Shipping & Delivery

At The Sewing Net, we dispatch all orders from the UK and ship via Royal Mail.

Delivery options & timescales:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2–3 working days, with tracking updates

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — next working day (not guaranteed), with tracking updates

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

International orders:

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Lost or delayed parcels:

Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days (UK). If your order hasn't arrived within that time, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
