Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Sewing Net. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Cut-to-length fabric: All fabric cut to your specified length is cut to order and is therefore non-returnable, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect fabric.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives faulty or we have sent the wrong fabric, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

How to get in touch: Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will get it sorted as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.
